In the matter of Lincolnshire County Council and Mr AB [2019] EWCOP 43 Laura Twist represented ‘P’ in a Court Of Protection case in which the Judge ruled the “local authority have adopted the right decision and approach, in not seeking to facilitate his contact with sex workers either here or abroad.” Full judgment

“A judge has ruled that social services should not facilitate access to prostitutes for a man with learning disabilities who has a “high sex drive”.
