Loretta practises in all areas of family law with a primary focus on private children disputes and financial remedy proceedings.

She is regularly instructed in complex and sensitive cases involving allegations of domestic abuse, coercive control and parental alienation as well as multi-day hearings concerning serious findings of fact. In financial matters, she acts in cases involving non-disclosure, financial and litigation misconduct and international elements.

Loretta is a Door Tenant member of Spire Barristers and a full member at 33 Bedford Row, London. 

She has a working knowledge of French and an excellent command of Italian.
