Summary

Tim is Door-Tenant member of Spire Barristers, his background is in both criminal and family law but he now practices exclusively in family law both public and private.
Tim regularly acts for parents in care proceedings and has particular experience in working with clients with learning difficulties, mental health problems or with substance and alcohol abuse related issues.
A large proportion of his practice is representing Children’s Guardians in care proceedings. He has also been instructed in many private law matters involving same sex couples.
Tim undertakes a substantial amount of advocacy training for those hoping to join the Bar and is a Pupil Supervisor.

Tim remains a tenant at 1 Pump Court Chambers in the Temple, London.
