An excellent opportunity is available to work with one of the region’s leading family law QC’s undertaking research, assisting and managing of cases. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain some real experience of the Bar for those seeking pupillage or training contracts.

The ideal candidate will be BPTC qualified with a strong understanding of the family justice system, excellent forensic skills, extremely organised and extremely discreet. You will be expected to sign and adhere to a confidentiality agreement in relation to the cases you are working on.

You must be reliable, flexible and available to work in a pressured situation.

You will have flexibility to work from home as well as in Chambers based in Leeds.

Chambers are based in Leeds but the silk is based on the North East Lincolnshire Coast it will therefore be an advantage to work close to either of those geographical areas.

The work will initially require full time for a period of two weeks but may well be extended much further if the individual is able to work accurately and efficiently.

Payment competitive.

To start immediately and then ad hoc work thereafter.
