Our members regularly represent individuals in cases listed before the Parole Board and at disciplinary adjudications. The team advises on all areas of prison law, including procedure and sentencing, as well as judicial review.
Members have extensive experience of appearing before the Parole Board, representing clients across the prison establishment; including recall cases, lifers and IPP prisoners. Members have a strong record in securing moves to open conditions and directions for re-release.
Recent cases have included ‘denier’ cases, cases involving new criminal charges and cases requiring oral questioning of numerous psychologists.
