Advising and representing clients in respect of a range of property related matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, rights of way, easements, restrictive covenants and boundaries.

Our Property barristers are regularly involved in real property matters involving boundary disputes, co-ownership disputes (TOLATA), conveyancing disputes, enforcement and discharge of restrictive covenants, and planning (incl. registering/opposing Assets of Community Value). We often deal with charges and orders for sale.

Our practitioners offer extensive experience and expertise in advising and representing in Private Client and similar matters including both contentious and non-contentious probate, wills and Inheritance Act claims, particularly where LPA receivers are involved.
